Switching phase on products are usually up to UL. You need a good tech and it can be done. If it is marked 3 phase and you make a single, the responsibility falls on the person that did the conversion. Components should be similar from 3 phase to single, just use OEM parts!

hi,after i switch the oven on ( lincoln impinger 1157 ) the small flame and the big flame comes on and with in 3 second goes off again,i have checked the flam sensor ,air switches,relay,air blower but still same problem, anyone got any ideas? thanks Kamran

I would think that your speed controller has had a hic-up. I would get the speed controller looked at, BUT as usual check any and ALL sensors switches etc, first.
After all this time, i would wonder at the state of the Componentry, it would be stressed out after all this time, it may just take replacement of the major semiconductors and electrolytic capacitors,Always start at the Power Supply make sure thats 100% OK, as it it isn't nothing else can be.
