Channel selector does not work; can not auto tune

Olevia 537 TV has suddenly decided to not respond to channel up-down button on remote; I think I chose "Showroom" instead of "Home" at initial start-up; can't do anything to auto-tune channels, etc.... thanks, GD

Sorry not be able to solve the problem. I have exactly the same problem. So it is not related to anything you've done. Something faulty in the TV. It happened after 1.5 years in my case. Any tech support link appreciated

Well I did some troubleshooting and I have the answer (at least in my case). Check list of channels by clicking Enter. If no list of channels it means that you have initialized the source and delete channels (no up or down in the list since no list).
Do a rescan and you should be good to go.
    Enjoy

I can't get my Olevia tv (537-B11) to scan for channels

I don't know this model of TV, however, you may find that you need to use the Source button on the remote to cycle through the available inputs & select digital tuner as the input source before you press the Menu button & go into the setup section.

I assume the control panel on the tv still works correctly? If so i would think you have a remote problem. If thats the case let me know I will send you a link to instructions to repair your remote.
