Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console

1 Answer

Purple "tears" on my 360 when i turn it on, no picture.

It all started wen i was playing cod 4. My screen started getting all messed up, so i re- booted my 360. For a while, it was fine. Next morning i turned it on, same problem. So i re- boot it, and then my screen is black and says "mode not supported."

so when i turn on my 360 i hear the sound and eIverything, but there is like purple static on my now black screen. Im on the right channel, my AV cords are connected properly, and ive tryed re starting it, and there is no disc in it. I just got assassin's creed and i really wanna play it.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

sounds like it could be that or a cpu/gpu problem. you should just send it in and it would cost around 60$-70$ to have fixed.
