Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I cant use my webcam because it says i need the resource cd to reinstall. I dont have it.

Maybe you can check Dell's website for the info. or check the store where you buy the webcam and ask for the CD to install it.

Can not use my webcam

Go to CONTROL PANEL-SYSTEM, check if the Webcam device is detected, if detected and has Yellow Mark meaning it needs driver. Try download your driver, Google search for it or maybe you have your CD Driver you can use.

Lost webcam cd

Hi, I have had a search for you and found a driver for all Windows Operating System for a webcam J44414.

You will need to go to www.driverguide.com, register, and then do a search for 'J44414'

There is only one listed. It does not say that it is Phillips specific but its the right model number and says its for a webcam.

The file is about 1.4MB so shouldn't take long to download. It is the complete setup file so you will only have to run the setup.exe.

www.driverguide.com is an excellent resource for finding drivers and cannot reccomend it enough!

Hope this helps
