Verify your pc is in the same workgroup. You can do this in the control panel, systems. You will need to reboot after you make a change in workgroups. (If you need to make the change.) If you are in the same workgroup, go into your command prompt windows, and type "ipconfig /all" This will show you full configuration on your network. Good Luck.
