Question about Danby 3.6 cu. ft. / 102 liter Chest Freezer Millenium DCF401W
Danby sent a repair man out to fix my brand new Danby freezer because it wasn't freezing and he told me nothing was wrong with the freezer. He said that I had to put food in the freezer for it to freeze, that was how the new units worked.
I have never heard of having to put food in a hot freezer to get it to freeze.
I have read online reviews of this product and most say it works well and freezes great (gets icy inside).
Can anyone out there tell me why a brand new Danby 3.6 cu. freezer doesn't freeze? This is the second one I have ordered and they both did the same thing.
