SOURCE: change battery

Hi,

If it is cordless, it has batteries. You can usually tell if the small red light is off on the bottom.

Most mice have the battrey compartment in the rear half of the top of the mouse. The rear half slides off. Something like this:

Yours will probably hold 2 AA batteries. If it is one of the smaller ones it may have the battery compartment underneath and take 2 AAA batteries.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for using Fixya.

My Logitech V220 mouse worked for 3 months. Now it doesnt?

I would go in and uninstall the mouse completely and then reinstall it fresh using the Logitech software.

You can get both SetPoint 4.80 and Logitech Connection Utility here...

Mouse stopped working. Changed batteries... still does not work.

There is a connect button on both mouse and receiver have you tried pressing those? It may be receiver first or mouse first but there's only 2 ways.
