Why do you want to update the BIOS of your laptop? Be careful about updating your BIOS because it might cause your computer to crash.

Or are you trying to update the drivers in your computer?

If you are having some issues with its performance, then you need to update all the outdated drivers in your computer. I know that it's a total headache if you do the update manually but don't worry because there are Automatic PC Updater like RadarSync. It will scan and update all outdated drivers in your computer.

I hope this helps!

SOURCE: Toshiba laptop Dual display issue

To switch between screens try pressing the FN key and F5. You should not have to restart you computer. As for the TV error "invalad signal" you might have to change the screen resolution on you computer. You might have to try a few different resolution before you find one your tv accepts.
1. Open Display Settings by clicking the Start button getopencontent.aspx?assetid=4f6cbd09-148c-4dd8-b1f2-48f232a2fd33&documentset=en-us&renderkey=xml, clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, clicking Personalization, and then clicking Display Settings.
2. Under Resolution, move the slider to the resolution you want, and then click Apply.

SOURCE: Dual Processors for Toshiba Satellite A205-S5000 533Mhz FSB

you got a cheap laptop. maybe from walmart or some other store that was selling it for about $400. It doesn't have a processor that you can switch out. I'm sure it's horribly slow for Visa, so my advise would be to sell it and get something with a dual core.

Hi

Thank you for your query

Please try the following

1) Go to www.devicedoctor.com and download and install the software
2) Load up the program and then click on 'begin scan'
3) This will scan and hopefully pick up the missing drivers for your sound
4) Click on download for the sound drivers
5) Install the drivers and enjoy

I hope this has been useful

I accidentally permanently deleted my Outlook Express application, can it be restored? My OS is Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit, 2009 version, Service Pack 1

Windows 7 does not support the use of Outlook Express - this was removed from Windows Vista and Windows 7 and replaced by Windows Mail (in Vista) and by Windows Live Mail (in 7).
If you have copies of the Outlook Express mail database files (inbox.dbx etc) you should be able to migrate these into Windows Live Mail using the Import Messages option in the File menu and selecting Microsoft Outlook Express 6 then browsing to the folder where your mail database files for Outlook Express are held.
If you have previously exported your Outlook Express account details (name.iaf) - you can import these into Windows Live Mail too through the Import option in the Accounts page.
Lastly, if you still have your Outlook Express Address book (name.wab) this can be imported in to your Windows Live Contacts by selecting File then Import Windows Address book (.wab).

Notebook heating problem(urgent help)

You bios versions start at f.03,f.04,f.05, f.07, f.08,,,

The date and version that you posted does not match and bios version for your model.

The only reason you update a bios is if it falls under the problems
listed for the new bios to correct.

Say your lap came with f.05, the only reason you would update to f.07 is because you had a graphic error, that the new update fixed.

The link below is the page for your drivers, if you look at bios,it shows the newest,if you click on version, you will see all the ones
that where made.

You should double check to make sure that you have the right bios version.
