it is easy to fix. get your self a case of beer and a fifth of jack and then look for cp 150 cp120 and cp114 as i did after pulling the star shaped screws out of the back of the t.v. and then finally throw the damn thing in the back yard and shoot it
Thats the eroor for the flyback and CP150 needing replacement you can get the flyback # 259296 and the CP150 at the following link and they give free step by step instructions on how to do the repair. http://servicemanuals.vstore.ca/
Hi,sounds like a 2200 35v cap on the high voltage power supply,this board is the left one facing the back of the unit,the cap is located behind the u shaped heat sink it is green in color,if it is bad the top will be pushed up,make sure to unplug set before serving,hope this helps
