Speakers are not working

Your audio amplifier ICs are damaged thats the reason you don't got any sound in the speakers.

Unit keeps going into protection as soon as its powered up.

Replace the audio amplifiers ICs they are damaged thats why the amplifier protect himself of a greater damage.
