The Down Arrow and the View buttons are disabled on the T6050 as default because reverse paper feeding is not recommended on the T6050 printer because they only have one pair of tractors which are mounted above the platen. If the printer tries to reverse feed paper, it could cause a paper jam unless the platen gap is open sufficiently to allow the paper to feed down through the gap unhindered.
You can enable reverse paper feeding if you are sure that a paper jam will not occur. This is done as follows. Set the printer to Offline. Press the Mode key: display will show Offline Normal. If I am correct you are using it on wireless/network. If yes, you can try following steps.

On printer press Setup(wrench) button >>>> select Network >>>> select Wireless Setup Wizard >>>> This should show your network on printer >>>> Select your network and enter network password or wep key >>>> Printer should say "connected to network"

It will automatically go to online on computer now.

first make sure the wirelss is enable and you are able to ping the print server .Go to printer and faxes option and choose the printer model which you installed just right click on it you will see the option of use printer online.

You may be able to calibrate the paper out sensor to fix the problem.

Set the printer to Offline.
Press the Enter and Line Feed keys together and hold pressed until the alarm sounds (typically 3 or 4 seconds).
You should have seen briefly displayed, Tech Access On
The display will again say Offline.
Press the Mode Key, display will show Offline Normal.
Press either Arrow key until display shows Offline Test.
Press the Forms/1 key.
Press either Arrow key until display shows Test Diag.
Press the CPI/2 key.
Press either Arrow key until display shows Diag Prnt Cal.
Press the LPI/3 key.
Press either Arrow key until display shows Pap Out.
Press Enter
Follow the instructions on the LCD display, which will advise on removing and reinserting the paper.
After you have compleated the calibration place the pritner ONLINE to exit the menu.
And finally turn the printer power off, wait ten seconds and turn the printer power on again.

If the problem still exits you may need to repalce the lower tractors or the main logic board.

what type of connector do you use? if its network printing then check ip address, cable, and the network card of the machine if it shows light, if its usb cable check the driver or cable.
note: make sure when you press the print buttom on the machine it doesnot show offline! if it shows offline you cannot print hit go or start to make it online.
if none of this work, reset the machine by hitting 1087 twice this will take you to maintenance mode then hit 906 then start, highlight the words that come on screen by your finger then hit start, the machine will ask you to put the main power on and off, do that and you will be fine.
