Hi itallen1993 first thing you can do is put out the battery do a soft reset on the phone. next check the memory of the phone it may be to full for pictures or even txts. The next step would be to clean out the txts and the drafts on the phone. If all these steps don't work you wil need to get a memory card and load all the pictures on to it . Also you may want to delet any aplications off the phone that you are not using. There is application center if you hit the options buttion ift should allow you delete what your not using.
