Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Check if you have a permission to access to the internet.. Check also if your internet connection is good, sometimes internet connections goes Offline status..
Try to reboot your router (if any), or restart your connection (disconnect then connect again)..
I hope this will help you..

Are few solutions for you:
# increase your cache size. It means the storage space where your visited web sites were saved.
# upgrade your modem.
# upgrade your Internet connection to a DSL, ADSL or satellite one.
# give a call to your Internet provider and do a modem and connection check. Maybe is not properly set up.

On my phone it keeps coming up with dns unavailble. why is this happening and how can i fix it please get back to me.

When your phone connects to the Internet, a DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) server on the Internet supplies an IP-address for your phone, and it also supplies the IP-address of a DNS (Domain Name Service) server.

Connect to the DNS-server to translate a name, e.g., 'www.ibm.com' to an IP-address.

So, if your Internet connection is not working, your phone cannot "talk" to the DNS-server, and your phone reports "unavailable".

So, check your Internet settings, to confirm that you have a connection.

Must reboot to connect to internet

It Happens sometime because Machine does not pass information properly so we need to restart our system to reset all settings again.
and Vista still has many bugs on it so these cases are normal until next version release.

Thank you,

Nokia N72 driver for windows 98

Just follow the following steps:
1) Locate the USB port of your Nokia N72 phone. See Manual if needed.
2) If your mobile phone has a USB Data Cable supplied, connect the end that matches the hub while connect the USB end to your USB port of your PC.
3) If your mobile phone has a CD supplied, this contain the PCSuite software bundled with drivers for your PC operating system.
4) Insert the CD to your CDRom drive.
5) After step 4, you will see a window saying install PCSuite then choose Yes.
6) Choose which operating system. If you use Windows 98, then choose the driver for Windows 98.
7) After installation, reboot/restart tour PC to complete the setup process but never disconnect yet your USB Cables from your mobile phone to PC.
8) Once restarted click on the icon of the PCSuite on your PC, then check if your PC can communicate with your mobile phone and vice versa. To do this click connect via USB if the datas in your mobile phone is seen then connection is correct.

If your problem is USB Driver for Windows 98, i suggest you upgrade your PC operating system to Windows 2000 or Windows XP. Old operating platforms have driver problems when new devices are attached to. But if you choose Windows 98, you will have to browse the internet in search of drivers. Just let me know if you have not found a driver. I'll assist you with this.

Xp hangs .we rebooted the xp machine but it agin got hanged .when we login and click any icon like IE .it hangs

Reboot computer in safe mode by pressing f8 key at boot. Select safe mode. Run your spyware removal program to clean of spyware. Then run your antivirus to check for and clean viruses. After complete restart computer normally. If it boots to desktop and can access the internet, update your virus scan and run another scan & clean. If this does not work boot computer with your xp cd, select r for repair console. At the dos prompt type fixboot then hit enter, and y. Then type exit to reboot. If that does not work reboot with cd same steps as before except type chkdsk c: /r  and ht enter. After done exit to restart.

Hope this helps... please comment if further assistance is needed

Virus

Disconnect your internet, locate the virus name and stop the processes linked to it. Then run a windows search for it and delete all the hits under that name. Then search for the same name in the registry and delete all the matches it finds. Reboot your computer then reconnect to the internet.
