VK = 100,000 pages printed on the developer counter or 715,000 revolutions of the developer unit (as mixing can occur even when pages are not being printed). Developer can break down over time and or the seals can be damaged - so service by a technician is indicated. If maintenance was recently performed and the developer replaced then the counter needs to be reset.

U2-10 SRAM user authentication index check sum error. I know, gibberrish right? To clear this error, put the machine in "simulation mode" by pressing "c" "*" "p" "*". then type 16, press the copy button, then press "execute" then press "yes". Hit the "ca" button to go back to ready. This should clear the error code. If the code returns, then the PCU PWB board needs to be replaced. I hope this helps.
Ok so the TA code means that the all maintenance counter has reached its limit To clear this you need to clear this easy you want # , * , c , * To enter service mode Type in code 24 press start Then you want sub code04 Then you can select what you want to clear so the maintenance count all Execute this yes then press the CA key the machine will restart and away you go I also do advise that you service representative comes along at some point to check the machine it could need parts because if you stretch the life of parts your machine could become unreliable... But that is up to you
The TK2 means its time to replace the secondary transfer belt. Depending on your copier and driver setup it may prevent you from printing. If you open your print driver properties and go to the ports tab and then click on configure port button, in the next window uncheck "SNMB printing" option - this should allow you to print. You can clear the maintenance code by going into the SIM mode. press the following keys one after the other "P" "*" "C" "*" then enter 24 and "copy start key" then enter 4 (maintenance clear) and copy start key then highlight the items you want to reset and press execute then yes. restart the copier by pressing the "CA" key. do not make adjustments to other sim code items as it can render copier useless! hope that helps.
