Question about Konica Minolta bizhub C250 All-In-One Laser Printer
I am a Konica Minolta dealer and have a bizhub C250 where the main counter counts up but the colour and b&w are not. The colour counter is sitting at over 4 billion copies with is absolutely impossible there are also other numbers in the detailed counter with are absolutley out of wack. Is there any way to reset the counter so there is a way to get the b&w and colour counter rolling again.
Unfortunately you cannot reset those electronic counters.
I'd suggest reloading the firmware to try and solve the issue going forward.
