Question about Mitsubishi WS-55807 TV
I had th convergence fixed about two years ago and now I think I may have a new problem. I recently switched to ATT cable uverse which is fiber optic. This was supposed to give me a better picture but it hasn't and the ATT repair man says the problem is with my TV. The problem is I get vertical lines on the tv and at times I even get a blue screen, the sound still works, similair to the blue screen of death you can get on your computer. The color is now off, pink looks gray and people have a sickly brownish green tone their skin. I have checked the cables to see if anything is loose and have tried to correct the color to no avail. Can you tell me what is wrong and how I may fix it or if I need professional help?
Take your two front grills off ,try adjusting one of the 3 knobs for background color.
