If it still does not work, before running the Installer, press Control + Alt + Delete (delete, not backspace) and then click on Task Manager.
Once in Task Manager, select the "Processes" tab, look up iexplore.exe (NOT explorer.exe), right-click it, then select kill/delete.
Run installer again.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Flash player won't work

Chances are you have two versions of Internet Explorer, a 32 bit and a 64 bit. , and you have a 64 bit version of Win7. In your start menu you may see two versions of Internet Explorer. One may have "64 bit" next to it. Open the other version of IE (which will be the 32 bit) and try installing the flash player with that one.

If that doesn't work try completely un-installing flash player and re-install it.

Cant upgrade version of flash so i cant play games on facebook

I've had the same problem recently. The only fix I could find for it was uninstalling and reinstalling my browser. If you still use Internet Explorer I would suggest switching to Firefox or Chrome.

I want to install adobe flash so that i can preview 123 greetings for christmas

1. Using Internet Explorer to view your flash files, install Flash Player 10.1.102.64 (IE)
2. Using other Browsers to view your flash files, install Flash Player 10.1.102.64 (Non-IE)
3. When playing web games you may need to install, Shockwave Player 11.5.9.615

Just install the three installers if you are using Windows Operating System.

Hope it helps.

Adobe flash player quit working

This problem is most likely related to a Windows Vista permissions issue. Because Vista has security features to prevent scumbag spammers and spyware from infesting your computer, programs will not automatically install themselves. I have had success by logging into Vista as an administrator, then installing whatever programs I wanted, then logging back in under my normal usage account. Sometimes simply being in the administrator account is not enough, but I hope this gets you in the right direction.
