Question about Toshiba TE2100 Notebook
I have a Sony Vaio VGN-NR212Z that is supposed to have wireless, but I can't get it to work. The laptop is still under warranty, so I just want to check whether I am being blonde, or if really it should be working and isn't, before I send the laptop back for a replacement.
I followed the Start, Run, cmd, ipconfig and got 0.0.0.0 as the ip address.
I should then check the connection configuration and the adaptor. How do I do that?
I think your wireless LAN switch is probably turned off. Most laptops these days come with these switches so that we can conserve battery by turning them off when not needed. It would look like this
Just slide it to the other side and your wireless ill be on.
