Hi. What is the exact make and model of your cell phone.? If you have forgotten the password of your cell phone, you can do a master reset to it. This could restore your phone with default factory settings. If your phone is one among the models of Nokia DCT 2, 3, or 4 you can visit
Unlock-Free.com to get the free master reset code. Good luck.

Insert sim

Hi
Try removing the Simcard and reloading it again.
Try another Simcard on the phone, could be case of a blocked Simcard.
Solved?
Try hard resetting/master resetting the phone. But be warned though, this will delete your data and third party applications.
  • Press menu
  • Select settings
  • Scroll to phone settings and press OK
  • Scroll to reset settings and press OK
  • Press OK on master reset
  • Select on 'Yes and press OK
  • Enter security code and then press OK.[Default security code is 0000].
Now the phone resetts.
