Is your blackberry locked by a password when you turn it on? If so use that password in the desktop to unlock it.

Blackberry curve 8310 fatal error during backup

I would connect the device to a PC and update the OS using Desktop Manager. If you recently installed any application, I would uninstall it as this may cause this type of behavior.

Reload error:507 curve 8900

well you have done great so far. Error 507 means that JL-CMDER has done its job and wiped all applications off your phone. So just do the next step by connecting it to your 4.7 Blackberry Desktop and select App Loader and install the OS and Applications on the phone. Please write again if you need more help

Facing a problem on my blackberry 8100 jvm 513 error please help

This error indicates that the data and applications on the BlackBerry have been deleted. You will need to reinstall the applications and restore the data from a backup (if available).

Below is a link to a tutorial on CrackBerry.com that shows how to install the applications (operating system) on to a BlackBerry:

Phone will not start

CauseError 535 means the BlackBerry device is out of memory. The error might appear because the virtual memory thread scheduler ceased when a thread ran out of memory. This error is known to occur during a start-up sequence or if the main event thread ceases.

ResolutionFirst, hard reset the BlackBerry device by pulling out the battery while the device is on. If this does not resolve the issue, obtain the latest version of the BlackBerry Device Software through your service provider. Then, run Application Loader in BlackBerry Desktop Manager to update the BlackBerry device.

Don't reload the OS. There are easier options. When this happened to my pearl I did the following until it worked.
1. Power off then on. No success.
2. Power off with batter out then power on. No success.
3. Deleted extra pictures to clear up some memory. No success.
4. Deleted the Facebook application I installed a couple of days ago. And did a manual restart. No success.
5. Deleted another application that had been installed for about a year but this time let the OS do it's own requested restart to fully uninstall. SUCCESS!!

All along I suspected it was the Facebook application trying to push updates. I deleted memory to clear up space if that was the issue. That wasn't. When I deleted the application I should've let the OS to the requested restart. The only reason I deleted the additional app was so I would get prompted again to do a OS restart.

After restarting, I got a handful of old facebook messages sent to my phone even though the app was no longer there. I deleted the messages but my new problem was that the indicator light was still blinking to show I had new messages even though I didn't. Another power off with battery out finally fixed the whole thing.

It seems like a lot of steps but this was much quicker and easier than reload the OS and losing all my apps.
