I am using Windows Vista(ultimate) if i try to download it shows an error message internet explorer cant download from the requested site please try again later.
Go to Control Panel- Internet options- Advanced Tab- Reset - Reset All- Close and restart IE. Try Now

download the very latest version of Internet Explorer (this is currently IE9) to your computer during
one of the early Automatic Updates downloads and will continue to automatically upgrade it as
new versions are launched in future.
You can also go to the official Microsoft IE Downloads
and Support website and manually download and install your chosen version of Internet Explorer from there
