Question about Creative Labs Zen Digital Media Player
I tried shutting it down but it didn't work. i connected it to my pc but nothing happen.
I might not be 100% sure this will work, but if you try sticking a pin / needle into the reset hole it should immediatley turn off and you should be able to turn it on again.
The same thing happened to me once, the blue light was on but the screen wouldn't come on and the computer wouldn't recognize it. I recommend you just try resetting it. If that doesn't work, then I'm sorry I couldn't help.

Try letting the battery run out. Then, when you're sure all energy is gone (black screen), recharge it again. It should show the rebuilding sign before going into charge mode. Hope this helps.
