Question about SanDisk Ultra II 8GB Secure Digital High Capacity Memory Card
Hi i have a sandisk Ultra II 4GB. I plugged it into the computer directly and through the camera with a usb but the computer won't find it. when i plugged the sd card into my old camera the camera said there was something wrong with it....some kind of error. it works on only my new camera. how can i fix this?
You'll have to go to Sandisk.com to verify this for your specific model, but... the problem is that some firmware versions won't recognize over a 2GB card. There may be a firmware update available. Find your product on the site using search, and then look for software updates. Don't hesitate to call techsupport (866-726-3475).... usually NOT a long wait, they speak clearly and they're polite.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
