Question about Avenger Car Audio & Video
This changer works through OEM Ford radio.It has worked great.The changer injects.When put in the 10 disc cartridge.The unit check all the 10 slots for cd discs then it slides one over to the platter.The disc spins a bit then stops.Anytime I press the cd button on the radio I get the message :Nocd dj"

It's not a fuse. More than likely it tried to load 2 discs into the same slot and jammed. That's one of the most common problems with shangers. If you pull the unit out of the vehicle and open the top you will see how it's jammed. Lightly move the CD towards the tray side, not into the cartridge, then plug the unit back in. It will reset itself and then you can eject the cartridge. Then inspect the cartridge for warps or cracks. You may want to replace the cartridge, they do wear out. Also, a good habit is to run a Laser lens cleaner thru the unit itself 3 or 4 times a year to keep the lens clean. It's really the only maintanance you can do. Hope this helps
