Question about Everex StepNote VA4300M Notebook PC
During my virus scan norton said I had a virus. i coninued to their site to get the virus removed(some type of trojan horse) but not sure which one and when i tried to download a fix, my computer froze. I removed the battery to restart the computer and then when it rebooted the computer screen stays black. i can hear it running, but the screeen does nothing but stay black. I also tried putting in my reboot disk, but still nothing but a black screen.
It seems the sudden loss of power fried the screen...or it could be the video card that might have downed. always try to use keyboard combos like crtrl+alt+del or alt F4 before resorting to such violent measures :(

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
