Question about Intel Motherboard
Lenovo 738726U (NVIDIA C51g mb & AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 Dual-Core 3800+, socket AM2, 89W)
Internal USB Memory Card Reader
DVD/CD Multi Burner
Upgraded to 2G ram
Upgraded to 400w PS
Added XFX 7600GT video
Added wireless network card
Working fine since 12/06
Shut down with Hibernate. Next morning no boot.
CPU fan and case fan not running.
Hard drive is running, DVD light on, Memory card reader light on
Wireless network card light on, power supply fan running
Removed video card, replaced with old power supply - no change, no beeps
Removed ram - no beeps
No visible problems on motherboard. No electrical smells.

The solution to the problem is as follows
The main reason for CPU fan overworking or not working is due to the load we put on the syatem while operating.So,the first reason for fan not working may be due to the SMPS malfunctionality.Better check out for it.The reason if fan is working but Overworking is due to viruses is system.So go in for format
