It's dreadful when you are having audio issues. I totally understand!! First, you wanna make sure you don't have your phone on mute. Now, just remove battery and simcard. For about 30-45 seconds. Put all back together. Ensure there's signal. Make a test call in and a test call out. With speaker phone and without speaker phone. If you keep having this issue. Move your simcard to another phone which uses the same carrier. This will determind if the audio issue is simcard related or phone related. After doing the simcard swap, and by chance the simcard is fine. Then, we move onto the phone. It's something with the software. Fix by going through a master reset. I suggest the pound star code: using *#7370#. When asked for the pin number or security number, default is 12345, or which ever number you may have put in. The phone will shut off, shut back on. You'll notice the ringtone and the wall paper are back to as if you just got the phone. Do a test call in and out. With and without speaker phone. Still an issue with the audio. Then it's a hardware issue. Contact your carrier in regards to warranty. Or, you can contact Nokia for the repair and return program. www.nokiausa.com

Cheers!

My nokia 6700 slide callers can't hear me

If callers cannot hear you, you may have to replace or repair the mic. Since you can hear them, the speakers are working.

I have a Nokia E5, only a few months old. When receiving calls, I am unable to hear the caller. They can hear me perfectly though. Please help

Did you drop your phone? It seems that your phone's caller speaker is damaged thats why you can't hear the caller. If this is the problem then the only solution is to replace the speaker. Hardware is not covered under warranty, but you should check with the warranty provider. Otherwise, take it to any mobile repair shop and ask them to change the speaker.

Sounds to me like a microphone issue. Try contacting the Cellular Dr./ Cell Phone Dr. , or Cell Phone Repair.com. They both do excellent work as far as cellular phones go. I am a Satellite Phone Technician, although I have done alot of Cell phone service and repair as well. If you ever need a satellite phone repair done, or want to rent one for a trip to the middle of nowhere, call us at 206-329-1947

Cannot hear callers voice during a call but caller hears mine

if you cant hear caller voice. do one thing go to gallery and go to voice recorder and record some voice then save that then go to media and play recorded sound if its working means your loud speaker is working but not ear peic means (ear speaker) not working. so then you need to change ear speaker.you can do your self just watch video on online.
