I own a Digitech DC1065 80 Ch CB HH, and no problems, so far.

Have you tried the Digitech website?

If so with no luck, may I suggest you join yahoo group specific to your radio Make/Model, there are experts with great info, plus you can download manuals, diagrams and software, etc.,,

I hope this is of help to you. (Ibought my DC1065 on ebay, no manual, but found the unit easy to work out, but I've got a bit of knowledge with radio equipment).

This was extremely difficult to find but I have located the manual for you on these walkie talkies. It will be easiest to just use the manual and follow the instructions. I went to the manufacturers website and do not see a manual posted for the SX800. However, they did have for the 600, 700 and 900. One of them should be very similar to yours here are the links:
