Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I seem to have lost my disc to get my pictures on my computor but i do know i down loaded it now i can't find it on the PC is there anyway i can do it thank you.

Hi jimmyjoyce01,

I would suggest you the following options to find your pictures in your hard disk drive.

Find all files option :- In case if you are using microsoft windows xp, vista, or win 7 you can go to the find all files in the search for files option and mention the extension of the file in the find what section of the file name column.

For instance if you know that the file is a jpeg file , you can try inputting *.jpeg or *.jpg in the find section.

moz-screenshot.jpgIf you know the the files were bitmap files , then you need to input *.bmp.

I would recomened you to search with the bmp, jpeg, jpg or gif extentions at one time by the following text in the input box *.jpeg,*.jpg,*.bmp,*.gif

Choose the location as all drives in case you are not aware about the specific drive that you copied your pictures , if you know the drive where you remember copying them , then just select the only which you are sure about.

Hope his helps ...:)

Internet photos download as bitmaps instead of jpg's

First open Microsoft Paint by going to Start, All Programs, Accessories and then Paint
Now open the BMP file in Paint. Now all you have to do to save the file in JPG format is to simple do a Save As. Change the File Type drop down menu to JPG and click Save

Converting a .jpeg into a file that can be used to embroider

you may need to convert files to bit map (bmp)
if bmp doesn't work you can find lots of free downloadable programes that will allow you to convert your jpeg/gif files into other forms. Play with the convertions and you should find one that can be read by your machine. All software you would require should have come with your machine.

Can i capture my monitor screen tomy dvd writer

Do you mean still pictures , or moving pictures ?

for still images of the desktop , use the print screen key
and open paint and paste the image there , save it to a folder
to be burned to your DVD player as a BMP or JPEG

Save as Both BMP and a JPEG so that you'll gain compatability.

If this is about recording everything that happens on your monitor as a DVD file

That can be done by using software designed to do that.

Setting the format of the picture i scan

Ok I am not sure why ya scanner won't save in JPEG .. however converting the files to JPEG is relitively "Simple". After saving the Scanned picture.. Open it up in say MS Paint, Painshop etc, then simply choose "Save As.." from the File Menu, and save it as a NEW image file this time with a JPEG extension. IE: origional... picture.png or picture.bmp ... save as ...picture.jpg .. ya should be good to go. :)
