HP LaserJet 2600n

Printer was working fine. Replaced black ink cartridge and now I got black hash marks that run down the left side of the page. Any thoughts?

Try cleaning the black film on the toner door with a soft cloth.

Yes, u can just clean the drums , I means the rolls inside the printer, just open the printer door , then remove the cartridge , then u can use tissues with a little of alcohol to clean the rubber rolls inside .

My HP Color LaserJet 2600n is printing with small black dots on the left side of the paper. The toner and ink was recently replaced. Is there a plausible reason for this? Thank you!

Could be toner build-up on the fuser sleeve. Pull out the fuser and check the rollers for spots.
Try running cleaning pages before replacing fuser.

Could be a dirty fuser, try a laser printer cleaning sheet.

This is more of a problem if you use (some types of) remanufactured toner cartridges.

HP 2600 ghosting

It is a massive pain but a solution that worked for me is to run a 'clean' after every card stock sheet. I know it's wicked awful but it actually worked and I had to run 100 times (one for each good color card stock)
First put plain paper in tray 2
Next
Hit left arrow until you get to 'system service' and press green check
Next
then go to 'clean' and press check
Now it should print a clean image without ghosting
