Question about Dell Latitude D800 Notebook
I have uninstalled video driver on laptop it will now start up in normal mode but eveytime i reinstall drivers it will only start up in safemode but with or without video drivers the screen is still pixelated this changes to more or less depending which screen im on.Everything else works fine internet etc
The video card could be going out, this happens alot where i work. Are the pixels that are out always in the same spot or does it change as you navigate around windows?
If the pixels are always in the exact same place, its the LCD, If not, its the video card.
Be sure to have the proper drivers, get any updates from www.support.dell.com. select the model number or enter the TAG number off the back or do search for DELL M 170 or Latitude M170 or whatever model it is.
Try this out and if no go, then get back to me.
