Question about Hotpoint Dryers
Have washed the condenser unit through with a hose to get the fluff out. Was this the correct way to clean it? Also, can i put it back in and use it when its still wet? manual doesnt say. I have a TDC 30p Tumble dryer. I need to change the thermostats. I've found the two at the rear od the machine. Can you tell me where the font thermostat is located.
I would dry it just to be on the safe side, even though it doesn't say so. It can't hurt. The front t'stat should be under the top at or near the drum.

Remove the condenser by
turning the 3 catches, then pull
the condenser towards you. (It is
normal for some residual water
to be left in the tubes).
Clean the condenser with running
water over the rear side to
remove any fluff deposits.
Replace the condenser unit;
make sure that the unit is
securely in place, that all 3
catches are fixed and that the
position arrows on the front end
of the condenser are pointing
