Brother Intellifax 775 - not printing

I have a Brother Intellifax 775 fax machine which copies as well. It looks like it's working, but doesn't print anything. Bought a new cartridge and still nothing. We followed the manual to no avail. Nothing prints, it just keeps coming up blank.It is a new cartridge too!
I really need help with this as I need it for my business. Can't afford to call someone to come in and look at it. It doesn't have any error messages either. I've tried just about everything
I can think of, now maybe some one else will have ideas that will actually make it work. Thank you.
