You have to separate the door panels (as shown in the attached photo) and then you'll see the previously hidden screws you need to remove.

Or you can watch a YouTube video (not a video I made) that demonstrates how it's done.

You can usually find helpful exploded view diagrams and order parts by entering your full model number here.

Moisture can show up if a filter is clogged or air flow is otherwise limited or blocked.

You can download GE owner's manuals and installation instructions here.

Door glass is lose and seal is leaking..moisture is forming on inside of glass

That is normally caused by the clear plastic adhesive cover either having been removed or missing. It covers the perforated door inner and stops condensation and food particles from getting inside the door cavity where is cannot be cleaned.

Cleaning the inside of the door glass, how do I remove the metal grid on the inside of the door?

You must not remove the grill as that is part of the door assembly and reflects the microwaves back into the cavity.
So no, you cannot.

Is the hood vent exhaust fan running, and do you feel good air flow?

If not, please reply back.

If the oven is not venting properly, moisture can build up inside the cavity and door panels. This will cause a condensation or steam buildup that looks like smoke.

Normally you have to separate the door panels (as shown in the attached photo) and then you'll see the previously hidden screws you need to remove.

Or you can watch a YouTube video (not a video I made) that demonstrates how it's done.

You can usually find helpful exploded view diagrams and order parts by entering your full model number here.

As you're disassembling, be on the lookout for cracks. Once you clean it, if you've found any cracks, you can order Samsung parts here.

If you think the window is stained, you ought to see the rest of the inside! Wife is probably right. (wink, wink, nod, nod)
Actually, you can take the cover off, remove the front panel without much effort and clean everything and get a lot more life out of it. Microwaves usually die because of heat related problems caused by buildup of yuck on the guts.

This door screen as it's called protects the metal mesh screen from moisture and food debris. The door screen must be replaced or the mesh screen can arc and be damaged, which can lead to microwave leakage. You can order a new screen from Panasonic at: http://www.pasc.panasonic.com/Epartr/PartsListChoice.asp It may be this part: F31455H00AP DOOR SCREEN A 5.75 But it might be better to call Panasonic at 800-833-9626 and be sure this is the right part. Be sure to have your FULL model nuber (with suffix) when you call. Be sure to use a cleaner like acetone, etc. to remove all the old adhesive before applying the ne wone, or it will not stick. The door must be squeaky clean and dry.
