First get access to another another computer download firefox from www.firefox.com then burn it on a cd or put it on a thumb drive and install it on the affected computer.

once it's installed goto
www.antivirus.com
down near the lower left side is a link to "free utilities"
click that and then look for "housecall". this is trend micros antivirus online program.

After that goto www.iobit.com
download systemcare it's 100% free and will clean up any registry errors remove spyware/maleware and viruse leftover files. and speed up your machine. It is garunteed 100% spyware/,malware free by download.com and is available from there as well just search for iobit.

Also while your there get the free defrag utility the first FREE one I know of that works on server platforms as well!!

Hi,

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

I would download the free version of memtest (see link) using a friend's computer or a library computer and run it. If there is a memory error, it is much cheaper to have the defective memory replaced than to replace the computer. If that does not help , please refer to the second link , as you may have to uninstall and reinstall Internet explorer. Also you can install Google Chrome or Firefox and use them instead of internet explorer.

Iexplore.exe application error

This type of error messages generally indicate a programming fault
rather than a hardware problem.

Try loading windows in safe mode ( F8 ) and deleting the program from the Add/Remove Programs on Settings > Control Panel

Explorer.exe - application error

Try the following to gather additional information.
Run a test on the hard drive(s) for any bad sectors via chkdsk
Run a memtest to verify the integrity of the physical memory. I would suggest the memtest via the Knoppix CD.
Look in the Windows Event Viewer, Application and System log for any possible resource contention issues or other system problems.

I'm suspecting you have a bad stick of ram. If you have more then one stick, take each one out individually and see if the problem goes away. If it stops then you know which is the bad stick.

I think you have a bad memory chip or bad motherboard RAM bank.

You should do a RAM memory check. If you look in the EventViewer by going to Start | Run | and typing "eventvwr.msc". You may see events there that will indicate what and why.

Or, you can search for a Memory checker on the internet and use it to reboot and test your memory on bootup.
