First get access to another another computer download firefox from www.firefox.com then burn it on a cd or put it on a thumb drive and install it on the affected computer.
once it's installed goto
down near the lower left side is a link to "free utilities"
click that and then look for "housecall". this is trend micros antivirus online program.
After that goto www.iobit.com
download systemcare it's 100% free and will clean up any registry errors remove spyware/maleware and viruse leftover files. and speed up your machine. It is garunteed 100% spyware/,malware free by download.com and is available from there as well just search for iobit.
Also while your there get the free defrag utility the first FREE one I know of that works on server platforms as well!!
