The end of one connecter has been damaged and doesn't get a good connection. I have also been trying to find a replacement cord.

Go to www.1800customersupport.com, select your brand on the left side. Click DVD players and it is best to go through all the links to find the correct system. I have the same problem with my power cord and my unit falls under the portable DVD players.

You could try cables2go.com. They sell just about every cable known to man. Hope this helps.

Unable to either use the remote or the buttons on the player to operate the player. The light is red, replaced battery, and still will not function. Isn't the light supposed to change to green?

The power board inside the DVD is burned/ damaged. You need to take it to the service center to replace the power unit.

If you know what to do, you can open the DVD case, then replace the power board. To locate it, simply follow the power cord, power cord attached to the power board.
Replace with same type of boards.

LEFT POWER CORD IN A HOTEL, CAN'T FIND A 9V 3.0A CORD ANYWHERE

Usually where the power cord goes it tells you what kind it is (i.e. 12vDC). From my experience, Radio Shack offers different kinds of cords as well as plugs for the unit that match up with the plug on your player. I'd go there and check it out but bring the unit with you and they will match things up.

Need power cords and phone chargers

They are available on eBay for quite cheap, I just did a quick search and they can be had for under $10 including shipping. Depends on the exact model number of your unit, there wasn't a huge selection.

No power

1. Check that the AC outlet is working.
2. Check that the AC power cord is ok with no damage.
3. Unplug the unit, remove the cover and check for a blown fuse.
If blown, replace with a value that is the EXACT value as the original.
4. If the fuse blows again or the unit is still dead, you most likely have a problem in the power supply section.

In that case, you'll need to take it to be serviced.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance to you.

Good Luck!
