Question about Husqvarna Sewing Machines
Took it to a repairer who said, '' There's a link (plastic and metal) that's broken, which is now obsolete so cannot repair.''
I do not know to which link they are refering - if I could find a workshop manual it might help. Even then, where can I find spares for this?
Take it to an older sewing machine mechanic who knows where to find "Replacement Parts" and can repair it. The part you are referring to is a crank slide which can be purchased by a dealer from PD60( a wholesale parts supplier) The part number is 4114948-01 A word of caution. Normally, there is another part which fails frequently on these machines which is the cam stack. It will crack and either make noise on patterns or distort the patterns. That replacement part # is 4111596-01. Get an estimate first to be sure you like the machine this much. Please do not rate this as '"thanks for trying". It needs to be better than that or don't rate it at all . Thank you
