On the that Magic Chef model I fixed it by replacing the fuse- 20 amp ceramic type. Firs unplug the oven or kill the power at the breaker. Remove the fan grill cover on the top (2 screws) and remove that cover to expose a screw holding front control panel face plate. Next go to the right side of oven and you'll see one screw adjacent to the control panel remove that one, then finally under the oven on the right side is another screw that must be removed (it too holds the control panel face plate). The control panel will now slide up and off towards you. This exposes the electrical connections. Remove all the connectors from the control panel, they all unplug, then set aside panel. Remove the metal "swiss cheese" cover at the top right now exposed - behind that you will see the fuse - remove and replace with a similar fuse. Worked for me. Dave S.

I have the same problem. Magic Chef says it is covered under warranty but have not had a response yet from the repair people.
Ours is less then 3 months old and there are no signs of life. No power, lite nothing. Maybe its a recall problem?
