On PCs and virtually all windows programs the process is as follows:
1)Highlight the text to be copied/cut (put cursor at beginning and drag to end of text)
2) Left click to bring up the context menu
3) Select cut or copy (CUT removes the text, COPY leaves the text in place)
4) Place cursor at point where you want to insert text and left click again
5) select paste from the menu

The simplest way to do this would be to select the text you want to cut or copy right-click on the selected text and click copy(or press ctrl+c) or ctrl+x(for cut). Then click where you want to paste and right -click and click paste. Alternatively you can also use the hotkey ctrl+v for paste.

I don't know what I need to do to open my webcam program on my computor.

I looked at the specs for a DEll E6400 and do not see a webcam? That doesn't mean you don't have one. Here's the user manual: http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/late6400/en/index.htm

Will having too many processing program will slow down my Mac?

Maybe, or probably. Well, there are a number of reasons that may causing a Mac computer running slow, but generally two factors: hardware part & system part. For hardware part: I guess it's OK if your Mac is not that old. For system part: there might be a lot of junk files, caches, registry errors... out there which largely slow down any Mac machines. about 80% slow Mac caused by this reason, if so, try cleaning the system. And, if you don't know what it is, you won't. Dell's support will be able to help if you provide them with proof of ownership. Otherwise, you're stuck. It's one of the theft deterrent features.
