Question about HTC PPC-6800 Smartphone
When I try to make a call the screen will not show but the phone is on??
The same happens to me and i tried everything. the only way to pop up the screen is to take out the battery and put it back it then turning it on.

Have you tried just pulling the battery out for a few seconds, and replacing it. Letting it reboot and start again. You do wanna do this at least three-four times a week.
If the powercycle doesn't do thte trick, you'll wanna do the hard/master reset. As per www.htcwiki.com
Hard/Master Reset for a HTC Pocket PC: Warning: Performing a Hard/Master Reset will remove all of your data (settings, files, 3rd party applciations, etc.) from your device and will only reload the Windows Mobile Software and components.
