solution : 1. Uninstall driver printer and remove Printer USB cable from computer. After uninstall finish, restart printer. 2. Reinstall driver printer (don't connect printer USB cable to computer). Wait forthe install process,untilmessage "connecta printer USB cabletocomputer". After message appear, connect printer USB cable to computer. 3. Wait process install finish and try to print.
If you're installing your printer for the first time, make sure the Lexmark Pinnacle Pro901 Printer Driver is installed on your computer. Select your operating system, download and execute the file. Please follow the instructions on your computer screen.
If your printer has the network cable plugged into it then your halfway there. Make sure that as well as having a hard line network cable plugged into your router, you need to connect the printer to the wifi signal as well. On your printer, push your settings button, scroll to your wireless lan setup, and connect to your router and if password protected, enter in the password and you should then be connected to you router, now try printing using your laptop or device through your wireless connection, and it should print. Please remove all cartridges and print head. Using a moist cloth clean
the golden contacts on Print head as well as printer. DO NOT touch
nozzle of cartridge. Dont insert the cartridge yet.
Please do this :
1. Remove the power cable from printer. Remove the USB cable that
connects printer to computer (remove it from printer as well as
computer's usb port) 2. Press the printer power button and keep pressed for 3 minutes then release 3. Now plug in the power cable and usb cable (connect printer to computer) and power on the printer.
Then plug in the Print head and cartridges.
Now see if its working fine.

A quick fix for most communication errors can be achieved by resetting the printer and/or rebooting the PC. If your printer is connected via the USB cable, disconnect it from your computer. Reboot your computer. Unplug and re-plug your printer from the power source to reset it. When the printer turns on, reconnect it your computer. Try to scan again.
If the printer is wirelessly connected to the computer, check the status of the WiFi light. Green light means your printer is connected to your network. Orange means otherwise.
