Janome 10000 bobbin case problems

Almost everytime I begin an embroidery project, my bobbin case makes strange noises as though it is jumping around as it is stitching and than stops with a nest of thread built up. I have replaced the bobbin case once but the problem remains. What is wrong?

My new Janome rewound bobbin is jumping as I am sewing. Why and how to fix it?

Make sure it's the correct bobbin for your make and model machine. Very easy to confuse them if you have more than one machine.

Janome MC11000 - my bobbin case becomes dislodged

My bobbin case was jumping all the time...had it in for repairs and would bring it home and even though the tech had attached a test sew piece with different colored bobbin and top thread I could not get it to sew without the bobbin jumping. I thought that he had lied about that being sewn on this machine...finally, I found that you should start with plenty of thread in your hand when threading that once you feel it click into the tension...DO NOT PULL the thread, it pops it out of the tensioner...just loosely thread and hold tension with your thumb and forefinger while using the needle threader.

Thread keeps breaking

Have you checked any edge the thread might contact for knicks which should be files or sanded down? Also, I had to replace my bobbin case after a number of years as it had kind of stretched out and allowed my bobbin to pop around and consequently broke many threads.

Bobbin problems

Are you using a size "A" (Class 15) bobbin? If you are using pre-wounds and they are not this size... they will jump around alot. The size of an "L" is very similar, but they are not as tall (height off the table when laying flat on the round side... like when sitting in the bobbin case.) There are tricks to using the thinner bobbins... See if you have a "taller" size "A"/Class 15 and if that corrects the trouble.

Clunking noise only in embroidery mode 11000

Unfortunately this isnt a solution just a suggestion, write a clear list of problems experienced, Also list all the attempts at repairs, embed scanned copies of reciepts for the repairs, give the name and location of the dealer/s used, Scan examples of work showing stitching problems and include them, don't use inflammatory language as that will weaken your case, just state matter of factly all the problems encountered, all the steps taken to try and resolve the issues.Write clearly what you would like done to resolve your machine problem, i,e, a proper diagnostic report and repairs or replacement of the machine.Save a copy to your computer, Print 4 hard copies, send one to the dealer explaining the steps you are taking to resolve your issue with the machine. Send one to the Janome headquarters in your country, addresses can be found on the web or at Janome Global, Send one to Janome Japan customer services, put the fourth on file. Give them 10 days to acknowledge reciept, then start making polite enquiries regarding your mail of , and insert the date sent.
If you are in America investigate if your state has the Lemon Laws, also investigate consumer protection rules. If you are in England use the consumer protection rules and advisory body. If you are in the EU there is legislation that covers goods that fail to meet the advertised perormance levels of the item.
I know this isnt a solution, but as long as you show you have taken steps to remedy the issue, you have case for obtaining a replacement that works.

JI have a Janome 1100, and I have a problem with the bobbin case. I will be into my embroidery project and the bobbin case will jump and turn around sometimes causing my project to turn, and the needle to...

When you put in the bobbin case, be sure to press it in firmly until you hear it click into place. If you can't press very firmly, or are afraid of hurting your machine, simply lift the latch from the bobbin case, holding it open while you firmly insert the case into the machine. Then release the latch. You should be good to go. Hope this helps!

Bobin winding and slow pace on project

The speed could be if the satin stiches are to wide, than the machine reduce speed to get a good result.
How is the speed of the embroidery when it does fill stitch (small stitches)?

Not shure about the bobbin winder, but to check this its nessesarry to get inside the machine.

Embroidery-thread covered by bobbin-thread

Sounds like a bobbin tension problem.  Check to see if a small thread is caught in the bobbin case or try a new bobbine
