You can try to clean under the keys with a can of compressed air, and see if there are any results. If not, your keyboard may be damaged and may need to be sent to Dell for Repairs.

When i press shift +asdfxcvb keys are not working in my laptop acer

You may need to clean the keys or you may have motherboard issues. Do the keys work on the lower case and not on the upper case or both? If this is the problem your having your board maybe on its way out and need replacing. Hope this helps.

Asdf;lkj and numbers on laptop keyboard not recognising

the problem might be the "flex" on the keyboard. You can open the laptop by unscrewing the bottom part and removing the plastic top on the laptop (between the display and the keyboard) and make sure the flex (the cables) coming from the laptop to the motherboard are tight and well connected. If you are not sure or have NO expecience doing this, I suggest you go to a repair shop. I hope this helps

Dell Inspiron 6000 keyboard issues

Sounds like something got spilled on it and keys are sticking underneath. Keyboards are quite easy to remove. Check online for help in removing. I suggest you clean it with rubbing alcohol (after it is removed) and spray dry quickly with compressed air. If that dont help then order one online. Tons of dell parts on ebay. Good Luck.
