Tv deck problem

Part of your PowerSupply is Frito.
Probably the +/- 15 volt rails, could be other.
Check inside power voltages, probably some regulators are gone.
Preferably get a tech unless you have the know-how and test equipment...

Hard to troubleshoot with just this info, the red light can be helpful if its 10 blinks repeating over and over replace the power supply first then the A board. Voltages check on the power supply would narrow down the culprit.
Post again if you measure the power supply voltages

Same thing happens toe after a thunder storm and the tv won't turn on. Do anyone know what this means?

I just had the same issue with my TV (dont know code), but the issue was with the power supply.

Yup I would tend to agree it's probably the PSU... It shouldn't be too expensive to fix, probably an hour or so labour and either parts OR a complete new PSU, in saying that ensure ya take it to a reputable service place.. and get a "quote" B4 allowing to continue.

If this unit uses a switched power wire and a memory back up. usually onewire is red and the other wire is yellow. off of the head unit. but the car wiring uses two fuses for these wires. A lot of times thet will be mixed in with dash light dome light, or something like that. But there will also be a Radio fuse. But if one wire is not getting power it can case the unit to malfuction. I do not know what kind of car you drive. But different cars put fuses all over the place from under the dash to under the hood. Also be sure to check fuses on the unit itself.
