Got some code wont start

Battery with 12.5V should be good but can not have power,how old is battery one problem #2 connection could be bad.spark plugs,fuel filter,

timing gear.

error code p1345 ( gm and chevy) = camshaft and crankshaft position error code. a tooth or timing chain has excessive wears.
BMW error code P1345 = cylinder 2 misfires, fuel cut off.
all of it, cause the engine lose power.

The P1345 means SGC (Cam Position) sensor circuit malfunction/crankshaft position-camshaft position correlation
P0300 means random/multiple cylinder misfire detected

its not just the camshaft position sensor the code is fault with either -----crankshaft position sensor with camshaft position correlation

Most likely the timing has jumped,or the cam sensor is bad.
