The CD contains a basic software- which is best left uninstalled.
The camera as such needs no 'Driver'
The computer will simply see the camera[the card] as a removable drive, which Windows has all the facilities to deal with.
Some use ful utilites that will help you manipulate the images are
Picasa and Irfanview both are free to download.
