First experience: it restarted automatically.
second exp: while i was browsing the internet in mobile, while pressing back button it restarted.
third exp: while playing song, it restarted auotmatically.
i asked the customer care, they are telling problem may in software and they told me to contact service centres. i got information about service centres that they are not properly supportting. what should i do?

Hello This sometimes happens in Samsung Cellphones that while connecting to internet via WIFI, DNS failed To solved it follow the given procedure:
Go to browser
Then go to setting
Then clear cache, empty

Mobile Internet settings must be installed on your phone in order to browse the Internet.
To install Internet settings:
1.Call your service provider and ask for the internet settings.
2.They will send the internet settings as a message.
3.Select Yes to the message. You'll be redirected to Settings download.
4.Select Continue to download the missing settings.
Now restart your phone and go to the browser.
You can now access the internet.
It is much better if you update your browser and please download the most up-to-date version of your Internet browser.

sir its the same problem which i had with my phone. there is no problem with your phones software but with hardware.
Your phones HEAP(RAM) has became very weak to take load of your phone.
I will advice you to go to a nearby sony ericson shop. If its under warranty it
