This sometimes happens in Samsung Cellphones that while connecting to internet via WIFI, DNS failed
To solved it follow the given procedure:

• Go to browser
• Then go to setting
• Then clear cache, empty cookies and delete history
• Now restart your Samsung S5620 cellphone, then connect to desire wifi connection, then browse after setting up your browser profile

If it doesn't solved then contact to Samsung Service providers and consult with providers of WIFI connection, But i hope it will work.

Mobile Internet settings must be installed on your phone in order to browse the Internet.
To install Internet settings: 1.Call your service provider and ask for the internet settings. 2.They will send the internet settings as a message. 3.Select Yes to the message. You'll be redirected to Settings download. 4.Select Continue to download the missing settings.
Now restart your phone and go to the browser. You can now access the internet.

Fixing this Browser Bug is Easy because it is because of 3 different things.

*The first thing to try is to Go to Options and Clicking reset to Defaults and Refreshing the Page or just press F5 the shortcut key to Refresh the page you are on in Google Chrome.

*The Second way to fix Error 324 is to simply just restart your Chrome Browser.

*Sometimes it can be your Internet Connection causing the error when Browsing sites in chrome so just restart your Internet Connection.

Judging by the way the problem was handled I can only suggest a re-installation of windows.

You should always use the ADD REMOVE option for programs etc. OR the uninstaller that may have come with it.

Almost all versions of INTERNET explorer integrate with other areas of windows using common DLL files etc.

By deleting it via the programs folder and then deleting windows from linux you may have corrupted the installation of windows itself.

its the same problem which i had with my phone.
there is no problem with your phones software but with hardware. Your phones HEAP(RAM) has became very weak to take load of your phone. I will advice you to go to a nearby sony ericson shop. If its under warranty it will be repaired free of cost.
