Folder error i have a samsung sgh-e250. and my problem is that my all folders like video,music are became video.exe. i thought it happened because of viruses so scan the virus but it didn't able to fix. i think the virus in the mobile memory so anyone can help me for this problem. plzzzz......

    thanx for your sloution but how to reinstallation because i have no idea and i have no drivers and software and data cable of samsung sgh-e250.

    sir,

    thanx again, i found that it's problem of my computer because there is autorun.inf viruses so i formatted the memory card on other computer then used it now there is no problem. but i don't found factory setting in my mobile. plz explain me in breif .

Samsung SGH-E250 does not get infected with virus. The same with other Samsung phones. Try with your nearest mobile repair shop.

since the problem is on the program. reprogram or reinstallation of the phones program will definitely solve it. or try to set the phone to factory settings. it can be found on the settings of your phone. inside the phone settings..

    cellphone repair shop in your area surely have one. they can fix the program of your phone, then its done... by the way, have you tried setting your phone to factory setting? it is advisable to try it first, most problems like this can be solve by the restore factory setting menu..

Cannot access mp3 files on mp3 player
I had the exact same problem and solved it just now.

I removed the memory card from the phone and inserted in to my PC.

All of my music, videos and pics were in a folder I had created called 'mobile' on the memory card. That's what was causing the problem. The phone can open files only from specific pre-arranged folders. You can't change which folders it will search from the phone.

You have to CUT all of your files from their current folder, and PASTE them into the folders that the Samsung phone can recognize, i.e. pictures into images, mp3's into Music, etc.

My MP3 player is working brilliantly now. Hope this helps!

Can't view my Music folder?
got this solution by google :D

go to settings on your mp3 then usb mode then click msc then reconnnect to computer go to my computer then tools folder option, then view tab, then hidden folders then click show hidden folders!

You need to enable Hidden Files and Folders on your PC to see the MUSIC folder as it is hidden.

Deleting songs
Chances are that you are using windows xp. open up your sansa folder to where it says pictuer, movies, ect. look at the picture to see what to do. In your player folder click tools --> folder options --> View. Under hidden files and folders click 'show hidden files and folders, click ok. The music folder would now show up where the videos and pictures are. Simply open the music folder and delete the ones you do not want. By default the songs are sorted by artist --> album --> song.
