Hi, This code usually means that you have a fault in the heater circuit for the fixing assembly (Heated rollers) Either the heater element has blown, there is a fault with the Thermister, AC driver, DC power supply, DC Controller or the safety thermal fuse has opened. The DC controller locks the device for safety reasons, It indicates this error when the temperature sensor detects no change in the temperature of the fixing rollers after 30 - 40 seconds on turning on the heater circuit.

9-667 VH/VM Out Of Range RAP
The selected LD value was out of range.
·Refer to BSD 9.1 and BSD 9.15 for the following procedure.
·Clean the ESV Sensor.
· Check that the P/J141 on the ESV Sensor, and PJ 422A on the IOT Drive PWB are firmly connected.
Perform the following in the order listed.
·Go to the IQ 38 Charge Corotron HVPS RAP and check the Charge Corotron HVPS for proper operation.
·Ensure that the Charge Corotron Wire and Grid are in good condition.
·Go to FLAG 6 and FLAG 7 on BSD 9.1. Check the wires for an open circuit or a short circuit. If the wires are good, replace the ESV Sensor ( PL 5.1 ). If the problem continues, replace the IOT Drive PWB ( PL 9.2 ).
