You did not mention that you have a power amplifier to drive your Speakers. well you need to have one unless you have a powered speaker. the sugnal comes from the mixer main output goes to the input of your amp. or powered speaker.

CDJ-800 Mk1 No sound output!!!

Not true! CD channels don't require a pre-amp and the cartridge for a turntable does. I suspect that when the power went off the mixer was still on, so that when power was restored it came back on. However this resulted in a surge inside the unit. Magnetic cartridge pre-amps are often very sensitive to this kind of thing and will sometimes fail, while everything else works fine. This would result in no sound from the record decks, but sound from CD players etc.

Would a Pyramid 15" subwoofer work for my Yamaha synthasiser?

Do yourself a favor do not get anything Pyramid they are cheap for a reason and you will not get good bass response from them even in a optimal enclosure. If you want nice bass for little money go with lanzar opti 1535D sub you can pick one up for around $265 and will blow away Pyramid any day.

No sound coming from headphones using my dj mixer. however through speakers sounds fine. Im using 2 pioneer cdj 1000 mk3 and a djm 800. The sound works perfectly through speakers. how ever nothing through...

hii there, pls try to use another headphone on your mixer, if you get the same problem. It means your headphone have no problem. Problem is with the the jack of your mixture. Open your mixture and check the jack properly attached internal.

My power cord was pulled out while still on.

Are you talking about a Numark DXM mixer? If so, why would you say you have an issue with a CDJ-800? Numark Parts can be found here.

If not, you need to be more specific as to who makes your mixer.

    Error e-8709

I don't understand what you mean by "plug electricity from the speaker to my CD desk"?

    Could you clarify this.

The E-8709 error states you have an issue with the cd transport or CD eject mechanism. You would need to take it to a service center to get it checked out.

    One cdj and one turntable

This is possible, by connecting your turntable to the Line Input on the serato box. Then just connect both to your LINE INPUT on your mixer, and set the controls on your Serato Software to LINE INPUT - NOT Phono.

No sound comming from the speakers

Assuming you have plugged it into your mixer first, be sure that you:
    A) matched the red and white RCA cable heads with the red and white input port on the mixer and output ports on the CDJ.
    B) make sure you've plugged in to the "Line" ports, not the "phono" ports on one channel of your mixer.
    C) lastly, make sure your headphones are plugged into the headphone jack of the mixer, have the "monitor" volume turned up, have the correct channel selected and make sure the channel selector switch is set to the same channel your CDJ is plugged into.
    That should do it.

    No sound from CDJ-800 MK2

Are you getting error messages? Running in thru LINE? Is not on mute? The possiblity of both not playing would lead to process of elimination.

    Keep me posted.
